    Knorr-Bremse Budapest is looking for startups, innovators and fresh ideas in the following three areas:

    Internal communication

    We are looking for solutions to improve the internal communication between colleagues, departments in a way that supports the education of new employees as well. We seek new methods that motivate and encourage independent decision-making processes; thus, employees can understand and help each other, be effective and happy without the need of strict supervisory.

    Internal processes

    Why should we spend extra time on administrative and logistic tasks when we can focus on projects that make a difference? We are looking for new ideas that enable us to handle operational processes, such as administrative assignments logistics and other procedures, in a more effective, automatized way.

    Company culture

    Employee motivation and well-being are essential for our daily operations. For this reason, we are looking for technological solutions that can help us satisfy employees’ needs, encourage a target-oriented cooperation, and support a working environment which boosts collaboration, creativity and assists continuous learning.

    FAQ

    After the application ends representatives of Knorr-Bremse Budapest and Design Terminal will select and invite the best startups for a video interview. Based on the interviews the top 15 teams will be chosen for the bootcamp.

    Nothing. It’s completely FREE to attend at the event, but the travel cost to Budapest is not included.

    Lunch, snacks and coffee are provided during the event.

    Please state any dietary restrictions of yours so we can take them into consideration when making orders.

    The event, the workshops and pitches language will be English.

    Participants must bring their own laptops, ID cards and other tools they may need (charging device, mouse, USB flash drive, etc).
